Cancellation Policy

Self-training booking Cancellations:

  • Notice Period: All class reservations must be canceled at least 4 hours before the class begins.

  • Cancellation Method: Cancellations can be made through the booking app.

  • Credits and Fees:

    • If you cancel your class at least 4 hours in advance, the class will be returned as a credit to your account for future use.

    • If you cancel less than 4 hours before the class start time or do not show up, the class will be deducted from your package. For memberships, one session will be charged to your account.

  • Emergency Situations: Based on the situations, the cancellation fees or class may be waived or returned.
